TENET Forget Inception or Interstellar. Christopher Nolan has dubbed his latest film his most ambitious project yet. Starring John David Washington and Robert Pattinson, the mind-bending film will center around an international spy, traveling through a twilight world and armed with a single word. Possibly the most bizarre part of the latest trailer is that the film still plans to debut in theaters on its original release date of July 17, 2020.

ESPN Announces Tom Brady Docu-series to Follow The Last Dance

While ESPN will be hoping Man in the Arena captures the same attention that Th Last Dance did, it might be wishful thinking. The docu-series has become a worldwide hit, netting an average of 5.65 million same-day viewers over its 10 episodes. The major difference between Michael Jordan and Tom Brady is that Brady’s journey is yet to finish. The superstar quarterback recently signed a two-year contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. How a retrospective documentary that charts a career yet to write its final chapter is anyone’s guess.Man in the Arena is set to air in 2021.

New Balance Mixes Sneaker and Sandal for Hybrid Shandal

New Balance has combined sneaker and sandal to create the Shandal, a hybrid silhouette that mixes a running sneaker build with sandal-style sensibilities. Offering a lightweight, stripped-back, attention-demanding summertime look, the Shandal is an avant-garde amalgamation of two vastly divergent footwear styles.

Uppers apply a joyful jumble of materials and colors. Dressed in red, black, yellow and white, they’re split between synthetics and translucent TPE on the midfoot, plus signature mesh on the forefoot and heel. Lockdown is provided by a simple strap system that wraps over the top of the foot and is secured by a Velcro anchor. On its medial side, this strap serves up three stacked New Balance logos, on the lateral side it adds “Test Run” branding that nods to the design’s conceptual nature.

Although the toebox is fully closed, the heel and midfoot are left partially open in strap sandal form. Midsoles are all performance sneaker, using FuelCell technology — the same cushioning setup present on Kawhi Leonard‘s OMN1S and KAWHI — with a split grey/white color scheme and final New Balance spellout hit.
